Major news is that, as of August 2025, the Big Fish card game is printed and on the way to Tasmania. Official launch is on September 10 and the game will soon be available in shops.

Asta and Matt received a small grant from STEM Inspiring Tamania to bring the Big Fish game to schools (for Aug-Dec 2025). We are developing and trialing various lessons that would facilitate learning about the ocean and sustainability through fun play and hands on activities. Amy Coghlan and Matt Testoni recently went on Mornings at ABC radio to talk about how the Big Fish Card Game was made, how it works, and the messages it teaches. You can listen to the episode here (interview starts at 2:14:55).

Big Fish and ocean challenges event with schools at the Sustainability Learning Centre. Supported by STEM Inspiring Tamania (closed event)
